اس مسئلے کے کے لیے دیگر ایپس کو بیرونی میموری میں منتقل کرنا ضروری ہوتا ہے تاکہ انٹرنل میموری میں خالی جگہ پیدا کی جا سکے۔
پہلا طریقہ:
1۔ سمارٹ فون کی سیٹنگ میں جائیں اور ایپس کو کلک کریں۔
2۔ اس ایپ کو منتخب (سلیکٹ) کریں جسے بیرونی سٹوریج میں منتقل کرنا ہےـ
3ـ ایپ کو منتخب کرنے کے بعد سٹوریج کے آپشن کو استعمال کریں۔
4 ـ چیجنچ (تبدیل) کے آپشن کے ذریعے اسٹوریج کے مقام کا انتخاب کریںـ
5 ـ بیرونی سٹوریج کو منتخب کرنے کے بعد ’موو‘ یعنی منتقل کے آپشن کو اختیار کیا جائےـ
دوسرا طریقہ
1 ـ سمارٹ فون کی سیٹنگ میں جائیں۔
2 ـ اس ایپ کو منتخب کریں جسے بیرونی سٹوریج میں منتقل کرنا ہےـ
3 ـ بیرونی ایس ڈی کارڈ کا کو سلیکٹ کیا جائےـ
4 ـ’اوورفلو’ کے آپشن کو اختیار کیا جائے جو سکرین کے بائیں جانب موجود ہےـ
5 ـ سٹوریج سیٹنگز میں جائیں جس کے بعد ’ایریز اینڈ فارمیٹ ‘ کو اختیار کریں۔
6 ـ ’موو‘ منتقل کو سلیکٹ کریں جس کے بعد ’نیکیسٹ ‘ کے آپشن کو اختیار کیا جائے اور اس کے بعد ’مائیکرو ایس ڈی‘ کو منتخب کریں اور آخر میں ڈن کو کلک کیا جائے
